A micro wedding is defined as anything less than 50 guests and has fewer complications when couples are focusing on just the important parts of their day.

On a personal note, as the Events Director here, my own daughter had a micro wedding at Raintree last year with 45 guests. It was absolutely perfect and reflected their desire for an intimate wedding and reception. With less guests, we were able to go more elaborate on décor, high-end entrees for guests, their first dance was on a cloud across the dance floor (dry ice), and we topped the evening with a Late Night Snack that WOW’d guests. We chose the Strawberries & Bananas Foster Flambe with flame presentation in the Grand Ballroom. Raintree’s Chef Bob did quite the show as he made homemade sugar & cinnamon cups with vanilla bean ice cream and the Strawberries & Banana Foster Flambe over top.
